Cannot send Sky emails on my MacBook Pro due to iCloud

I was able until two weeks ago to send emails from my MacBook Pro with no problems.  Then it popped up asking me to sign into iCloud account for '' ", not using my iCloud name and no user between the ". When I enter my Apple password or iCloud password, it is saying it is incorrect.  I have looked at settings and cannot see what the problem is.

As you are receiving your emails on the app, it's only the SMTP settings that you need to check.

This may help:

Verify an email account’s outgoing server in Mail on Mac – Apple Support (UK)

If the settings are not as supplied by @caesarome,  let us know what you have.
