ive changed my mobile number so cant get the digit password to log into my account?

You need to turn off 2 step login and set it up again using your new mobile number. To turn off 2 step login, use your Recovery Code. Sky recommended you keep a separate note of your Recovery Code when you originally set up 2 step login.
