When trying to access my emails on my laptop, Sky informs me that it is no longer able to ''create 'a new enail address' and I am directed to sky.com for tv / mobie / bills etc. All I want to do is access my Yahoo email account to read/send emails.

If you also have a Sky email address open that on Sky.com first and then open the "add/manage another email address icon and enter your "Yahoo" details and that should let you in. Failing that ring Sky and they should be able to talk you through it. Good luck.

Hi Mark39, they come up on my mobile but not my laptop, last accessed it via the laptop was yesterday.

When trying to log into my yahoo sky email account it takes me to a page saying I cannot create a new sky email account. I'm not trying to do that!

This morning I opened my Sky Yahoo email account on my Samsung android phone. No problem, read them all , deleted some, kept some, logged out.
This afternoon tried to open again and put in my email address and clicked NEXT only to be given the message ..."Sorry you can no longer create a new email account via Sky" "This area is temporarily unavailable , sorry for any inconvenience" I DONT WANT A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT!
I have retried for a couple of hours now but getting the same message. I have held this email account for years, does anyone know what is going on?
