Can't receive code

I no longer have the phone number associated with the accout so can't get verification code.

If you kept a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification and re-set it up with your new mobile number. If you didn't, you'll need to call Sky and they'll turn if off for you. It will, however, take 21 days.

When you set this up onscreen is diplayed your recovery code tha you can use, it did even say to both keep it safe and forward the email with it in to another account if you had one so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.
