Sky account master locked

I have had my Sky ID masterlocked and had no access to sky emails for over a month, I have called sky about 6 times and keep getting told different reasons from Hacking to moving to Yahoo and still no access.

When you next call Sky do not mention that you have had your email account locked because as you have discovered this will get you no where but instead of you can't access this link to your Sky account either;

https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info

Then tell thst that your Sky account (only) is locked then if they unlock this you will need to change your password so after doing this see if you can then access your online email account.
