I no longer have the phone number associated with the accout so can't get verification code.

Find out moreIf you kept a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification and re-set it up with your new mobile number. If you didn't, you'll need to call Sky and they'll turn if off for you. It will, however, take 21 days.
