Can't opem my yahoo mail app it keeps crashing

No, I can't log in there, that's the place I get the error message.  I've never logged into mail via Sky, but have been unable to access my yahoo mail account for 24 hours on my pc.  Thought I might be able to login via Sky.  Can access it on my phone, but not pc.  Tried 3 pcs, same issue.

Can we clarify: do you have a Yahoo mail account, or a Sky Yahoo mail account? They're not the same.

You can't log in to a Yahoo mail account via Sky.

So how did you previously access your Sky email on the PC, and what message do you get when you try that way now?
