I can only suggest you try using the Outlook app instead, although there are probably other alternative email apps.
And use these settings with it
:Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

Are you using an iOS device?
Still not sure what you mean by "They are in yahoo", do you mean they are there when you log in here:

Re: Recieving emails from yahoo
Hi, I am using an iPhone 14 years ago I had / have a sky .com account and it was through yahoo but something change ,, I still kept my sky account but it goes through yahoo and I had to put in something different to receive and return emails , since then yahoo picks them up and push them to sky .com , it works well most times but often stops then the emails pile up and eventually come through , I can log into yahoo to see them , but it should push them through automatically to sky . com it is awkward when I am waiting for a code and don't receive it right away it says can't connect to server . Thank you for your help Cruz 1

Unfortunately you are suffering a well known problem with Apple Mail app on iOS.
It has been reported on here many times and there is no known cure, other than using a different app.
It's not entirely clear if it is an Apple or Sky|Yahoo problem.
I can only suggest you try using the Outlook app instead, although there are probably other alternative email apps.

Just to avoid future confusion, you're logging into Sky when you use that link, not Yahoo.
Sky Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Mail are completely separate and have different support arrangements.
