Thanks for highlighting this problem.

 

This wasn't a problem with your Sky email service, but an issue with the Yahoo app.  This should now be resolved.  You may need to delete and reinstall the app, to get back up and running.

Yahoo app disappears

My yahoo app disappears when you press it. E mails working when logging on desk top. Tried deleting and reinstalling and rebooting. iPhone 11. All other apps fine. Any ideas ?

Yes, there have been several posts on this. Looks like a bug in the app. You can log in to your email here pending a fix from Yahoo: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

Sky / Yahoo email stopped working on mobile

Sky / Yahoo email has just, today, stopped working on my Google Pixel 4a mobile phone. It still works on my computer. I have rebooted the phone, run anti virus, and uninstalled and re-installed the Yahoo app.  HELP!

If you're using the Yahoo app, a quick look through recent posts will indicate there appears to be a bug with the app which Yahoo will need to fix.

Or you could try using a different app, such as Outlook.

You can open a Gmail account and add your yahoo account to it.

All your emails from Yahoo will go to your Gmail as well.

I keep both accounts linked in case one goes down.

Logging in through MySky doesn't help either. Still crashes.

For issues with Yahoo app. Go into settings then apps. Once on yahoo app go to storage and clear data. Then app will open and emails return. Hope this helps
