Can't opem my yahoo mail app it keeps crashing

Thanks for highlighting this problem.

This wasn't a problem with your Sky email service, but an issue with the Yahoo app.  This should now be resolved.  You may need to delete and reinstall the app, to get back up and running.

Still not working for me?? Cleared data, chache before uninstalling.  Reinstalled go to sign in again now get to verification code stage with no code being sent through??? Permissions checked and allowed.

Hi i have deleted and reinstalled my MAIL app on my iphone 24 plus and when i go to add another account and put my yahoo details in, they are corrext but it keeps bouncing me out. As a consequence i have also lost the names in my whats app chat list? 

please please help as i am expecting important emails and need to get them back 🤯 @KevNewMedia

@Roch1985 yours is a different issue. The problem posted here concerns the Yahoo Mail app.

The Mail app used on iOS devices appears to have intermittent problems connecting and is awaiting a fix from Apple. You could use a different email app or log in online using your browser via Sky.com

I have the same problem and have now deleted my sky yahoo account and cannot now recreate it

My Sky Yahoo Mail on my iPhone stopped working, so I deleted the account - now can't get back into it. Trying to create new account but it's not happening

Are you using the email app or Yahoo email app on your iphone or do you login to the Sky website ?

You can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail account via Sky.
