Archive
Since July all my emails have gone into the archive on my iPad and phone also my android laptop. I have been to computer repair shop even pc world.. no one can solve this problem. I've talked to sky help they told me there is a problem with sky and yahoo and to get a new email address.. any suggestions would be appreciated

Do they appear in your Archive folder if you login online here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email ?

If you do login online then check your filters that you have got set up.
So go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything here that could be causing this.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Hi haven't tried doing that.
Even on the yahoo account emails go into the archive.
This all started in July.
sky told me to get a new email address as there is a problem between Sky and Yahoo
I'll try what you have suggested thank you..

Log in online to your Sky email & check for any filters to move email to archive &/or for any unknown email addresses added to forward emails.
