Hi,
Can anyone help.
Myself and partner share the same sky email address. When my partner logs on he gets on straight away. When I log into to sky email it asks for a 2 step verification code. This comes through on my partner's mobile. Then I enter it and can access it.
I believe to turn it off you need to put a recovery code. We haven't got it. So it just keeps sending the verification code and we can't get any further.
What can we do. I also have a Hotmail address. Thanks.

No we can't get any further than when it asks for recovery code. We don't know what it is . How can we request a recovery code? The confusion is that in accessing my email from my mobile it's a different device from partners. He doesn't have to do 2 step verification. Thanks for your help.

We share our Sky email address too.
I was advised to set up the two step verifictation.
The recovery code is sent to my mobile number. I'd like to add my husband's phone number as well, so he can open our Sky emails. Is this possible, please?
