please can an engineer be booked to move our router from bedroom

@RS71  Are you talking about moving a master socket to another room in the property or is this an ONT that you are requesting moved?

Thank you for coming back to me. We would like to move the main router from our son's bedroom. I am not sure if that is the OTN or not. I suspect not. Thanks for your help.

Do you have full fibre or just FTTC?

If you have FTTC it will be a master socket relocation which is typically quite an easy job.

If you have FTTP(Full Fibre) it will be an ONT move which is typically harder to complete.

Both should cost £65.
