I should have been connected to the Internet. I'm still waiting, it's too long for me, how can I cancel the contract?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Yulii you can check the progress in the My Orders section of the My Sky app or website. Openreach who do the work have a minimum 14 day lead time but where a new line is required the work can take several weeks. Switching to a different isp who also use Openreach will further delay your connection as Sky will cancel tge order with Openreach and your new ISP raises a new one.
These days as Openreach arexswitching from the old copper phone lines to the new fibre network they will refuse to accept new orders on the old network in many areas.
You will need to call Sky to cancel your order.
