@Arosa+Drive initially you need to talk to Sky who will contact Openreach to do the work if it is possible. I think you will have to call in as there maybe a charge to move the connection point depending on the circumstances.
The location of the external connection point does not directly affect where the internal ONT is placed but in general if the line in the street comes to the front of your house the ONT also will have to be at the front. The Sky hub does not need to be close to the ONT as you can connect the two by an ethernet cable 10s of metres long without loss of speed.
