new customers

Seems to me that sky values new customers more than loyal customers. I have been with them for over 10 years and they give me a higher rate for my broadband than if i was just joininng. How is that good or fair customer practice?

I will be reviewing my options pretty soon.

Probably neither: it is however standard practice for ISPs.

@Benjamin2

I'm afraid if you move to another isp, in 18 months time you'll find yourself in the same situation. You'll then be able to move back to Sky and benefit from new customers rates.
