No connection

It has been nearly an hour since our connection dropped off. I used the connection checker on the app and it keeps saying everything is fine. I have switch the hub off and on couple times already to get it back to work but still no connection at all. Very frustrating. For the past couple days we have been experiencing connection issues but it usually lasts for only a few minutes but today it has already been almost an hour!
