I am so annoyed with Sky Broadband! I never had these problems with BT. The internet keeps dropping out and/ or running very slow. The only help they keep saying is to switch off the hub and retsart it as it might be busy, I shouldn't have to keep doing this it's 2024 after all. At the moment it's not fit for purpose.

Same issue happens with me, and when you check your broadband connection in the app, always shows good connection.

Same here too. Sent out a local INTERNAL engineer, no problems found. Still not stable at all

I have th esame issue and its been going on for months and an engineer was sent out some time ago , router changed but problem persists

@Pamela05When you are going into the service checker and it is saying there is no issues and it is green that is the last time it checked. Could you click on broadband and let it do an up to date check on the state of your broadband at that time.
@Mel776 & @AngusN Can you tell me what colour of router you have please.

Yep same it's blinks orange then goes off. Sometimes I get the green light but nothing works.

Mine is exactly the same. Every day without fail particularly in the afternoon in drops out. Today it kicked me out of an important Teams call five times and repeatedly said no internet connection.
When I run the BB check and wifi check it says it's all fine.
Tonight I have reset the router as suggested but no difference. Leaving BT was the worst decision I have made. I pay for fast stable wifi and that's what I want. Does anyone know what the router stats mean? Here are mine:

Hi I run the checker at least 3 times a day and it always shows green .
i have a black router and a white booster.

Ongoing issues with sky broadband so unhappy with the service. Ultra fibre and it just doesn't work! New hub recieved, still doesn't work. Currently I have WiFi my wife can connect, my sky TV box can't connect. If I turn WiFi off on my phone then it won't let me reconnect. Truly awful😩. Phone agent he attempts to restore the hub to factory settings. Get cut off the call due to no WiFi which i rely on in my area. Hub reboots and the WiFi is like a rocket 🚀 ... for 5mins then back to can't connect. 17years a customer. This just is not good enough!
