Been having same issues. 4 more days left on the sky guarantee speed test then it bye bye. They just don't care. 

was with Plusnet and the company before them had no issues what so ever moved to sky then loads slow connections. Opene reach found no line problems so it the sky server that crap

@Rookey007 possible but very unlikely that Sky servers cause your issue far more likely an intermittent line fault Openreach missed.if you are right switching to Plusnet will help but if it is a line fault which are far more common the issue will move with you.

Yes but plus net will sort it out quicker not waiting 30 days as sky wanting. 

I had a issues once with Plusnet got sorted in 2 hours. Am on 24 days with sky and not sorted
