If you want to be more scientific and have a windows laptop orcan Android phone download an app called wifi analyzer which shows all wifi networks within range with theircsignal strength and channel. A signal on the same or adajacent channel as your devices are using will interfere.
Wifi is always a poor choice for gaming so you msyvwant to look into using either ethernet cables or powerline adapters to connect your Xbox.

Just linked my Xbox with an ethernet cable and the problem seems solved.
