Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CJ+Keen wifi conditions change due to multiple factors but the most common is interference from other networks. You can try powering down your hub and letting it reboot as it will then try tonfind the lesst congested wifi channel. If you want to be more scientific and have a windows laptop orcan Android phone download an app called wifi analyzer which shows all wifi networks within range with theircsignal strength and channel. A signal on the same or adajacent channel as your devices are using will interfere.
Wifi is always a poor choice for gaming so you msyvwant to look into using either ethernet cables or powerline adapters to connect your Xbox.
