Wifi not connecting on devices in home but service checker says connection good

It's infuriating but nothing is connecting in my home to the WiFi. And when it does randomly connect it is for a fleeting minute and then disconnects itself. The devices are seeing the WiFi and trying to connect but never do, yet the sky app says everything is working fine. I've had sky for 3 years now and don't recall having this issue - I have the full fibre 500 broadband so really unhappy. Does anyone else have this problem?

@Topaz28 Has nothing changed in the three year period? What indication do you see that the Broadband is out?

I've been having the same issue for a week now,had sky since November last year and been working fine,then all of a sudden nothing works on WiFi yet the connection checker says everything is fine

My computer and tablet will not successfully connect to the WiFi even though it says it is trying to connect. I can't open anything that requires an Internet connection on those devices. The PlayStation is fine however this morning it had trouble connecting and wouldn't connect until I had restarted the console twice. Nothing else seems to be working.

 

I haven't changed anything, this is completely unexpected to be honest

@Topaz28 So you still have the same hub from 3 years ok, position off said device has not changed, you have not added any extenders or tried to install a mesh system taken away the old SKY Q and now doing streaming instead. Best you say what you have that is making everything so unstable? Also post your hub stat's. How to read your Sky Hub statistics

 I'm having the same problem,been with sky since November with no issues until about a week or so ago. Now the wi fi signal randomly drops out, sometimes phones etc reconnect other times you have to manually connect, and getting connected but no Internet. Used the online checker and no problems are detected. Yet a re- boot will solve it for a day,and then it happens again.  Getting really frustrating now, Any help would be appreciated as can't seem to get hold of customer services, just sent on a loop online!!
