Packages
This is probably on the wrong board.
I am an existing sky tv customer (for a very long time) and I am looking to have sky as my broadband provider but I have a few questions that I would like to speak to a person about.
I want to know the best package offer that I can get for broadband, tv and landline phone?
I want to include my land line phone 1) is this possible? 2) can I keep my existing phone number?
Is it really that hard for sky to provide a phone number so that prospective customers can talk to a person, sky must loose so many customers as they dont want to talk to you..

Re: Packages
You can check what broadband packages are available to you via the Sky website:
https://www.sky.com/broadband.
All broadband packages include landline phones service,. You must tell Sky that you want to transfer you number at the time you place an order.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Re: Packages
Thanks for the responce, tried all those.
All I need is a phone number and sky would have themselves a customer for all the services.

Note that Sky doesn't 'package' subscription television with broadband. These products may be co-sold, but remain separate and with individual contracts and T&C's.

All broadband switches and upgrades now involve moving to digital phone service (over either copper or optical fibre) where there's a voice call option. It's not possible to retain PSTN (analogue) voice with exchange power.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Packages
The best TV and internet packages are only for new customers but if you want to add Sky internet like myself then check the prices on the app as you already have their TV service.
I took Sky internet using price comparision website and also get a nice voucher. There is currently offer of £80 voucher on the 150Mbs and £70 on their 500Mbs.
You get option to keep your existing phone number or create new one when you please the order online. You can call Sky customer service but they won't offer the option of the £80 voucher.
As already mentioned your will have 2 seperate contracts for TV and internet.
