Broadband shield

Struggling to get access to broadband shield as it says network is not working on the app. 
I ring in, and I keep getting cut off. Can someone please fix the weblink so I can alter the changes on broadband shield.

What is the error message when you try to access the shield via this link:

It just says "sorry, something went wrong here" 

I log in on my partners phone, my laptop too, still won't work. I don't understand how to get on broadband shield
