Wifi always disconnecting
Our wifi connects keeps being cut off. When i checked on sky it shows everything ok but mobiles/tablets etc lose all connection and we have to restart our router. This happens atleast twice a day. Any suggestions?

@Kimd6189 Was this yourself restarting the router with just over an hour on the system uptime?

Yes, i restarted the router an hour before. This is what i have to do each day to get it to work again....:( @Highlinder

@Kimd6189 The next time it happens can you login to the router and the same router stats for the community as when the router is restarted all of the evidence is wiped away.

When the router is not working it does not allow me how to view the router stats. Sorry not technical at all so unsure what to do

@Kimd6189 If at the point your router is down run the test in the link below.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
