Awaiting delivery


I rang sky up to set it up, they said they will turn on my internet on the 9th April. As there is already sky set up on the property there is no need for an engineer to come out and fix it. 
when should I be expecting my phone line and router? 
told me to make an account to track my order but it think the app is down?

The broadband hub (router) should come a few days before the activation.


Do you already have a phone line into the property ?
