Wifi Booster needed ASAP

I have tried all steps which have failed and wifi in bedrooms is rubbish, how difficult is it to actually get a WiFi booster? The live chat just sent me around the bend.

@DapperSarai Sky only supply boosters to customers who have bought the Broadband Boost bundle or have issues with their Sky Q boxes. You can also upgrade to the Wifi Max package but that uses different hardware.

Otherwise its down to you to buy what you need. The free routers ISPs give you are often not up to providing whole home wifi coverage but there are a large number of third party solutions you can buy.

Any 3rd party options you can recommend?

@DapperSarai recommending kit is difficult but if the issue is poor wifi in bedrooms on one floor a Powerline  Adapter kit with a built-in wifi access point maybe worth looking at. These units use your mains wiring to get the signal upstairs. TP-Link is a good brand but expect roughly 25% of the rated speed.
