Otherwise its down to you to buy what you need. The free routers ISPs give you are often not up to providing whole home wifi coverage but there are a large number of third party solutions you can buy.

Find out more@DapperSarai recommending kit is difficult but if the issue is poor wifi in bedrooms on one floor a Powerline Adapter kit with a built-in wifi access point maybe worth looking at. These units use your mains wiring to get the signal upstairs. TP-Link is a good brand but expect roughly 25% of the rated speed.
