Can someone please help me turn off broadband shield? I can't access it via app or browser, keeps giving me an error.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rm93 most common issue is using the wrong Sky id when signing in somcheck you are using the id linked to the account holder. If you definitely are talk to Sky to get the issue sorted.

Thanks for the reply. Yes it's definitely the right Sky ID I'm using. I can access everything else in the app ok.
