WiFi speed says is good but keeps disconnecting

I keep checking my service on the app and it says the speed is good and is working good but I keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes

I also reset the box and it won't work

I tried but when I enter admin and password or sky it just clears the boxes and aoea nothing
