Internet randomly restarting itself everyday, slow speeds.

The past few weeks my internet has been dropping out (Usually comes back rather quickly)

The middle internet light on my router goes off then blinks orange before coming back green after a minute.

On top of that I've been having varying download speeds..at peak after an occassional restart I am able to get a full 38mbps.

After the internet goes off and comes back, it tends to slow down, going to 20mbps and sometimes as low as 5mbps..

Your downstream speed is too slow for what it should be on your line. Your stats are also missing the values for noise margin on DS2 & DS3 so certainly a line fault. You'll need to get Sky to book an engineer, either we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep or you can call which may be quicker.
