Re: WiFi not working
@Sca-26 There is the WPA2 option mode is WPA2-PSK in operation..... Once you set it to WPA2, you may have to tell the devices to forget the network connection and then re-enter from scratch, but just try first to see!

Re: WiFi not working
@Sca-26 When you tell the device to use the wifi, does the name off the sky Max hub appear to the device wither it is the TV or the mobile?

You've posted at 12:47am. Any broadband issues between midnight and 6-7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/5151847...
If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...
This link provides information about the coloured lights you may see on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
Hopefully it’s back up and running before 7am. If it’s not, try restarting your hub or post back in this thread and we can try to offer additional advice.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: WiFi not working
Problem solved. I changed the DNS on the iPhones to manual, entering 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
tks
