Re: WiFi not working

@Lynsey0574 There is no such thing on a sky hub as all lights are blue, if you have the SR203 sky Broadband hub with the 4 lights, then they all should be green! does the mobile phone show to you all the wireless wifi bars and then there is an ! exclamation mark in them?

Re: WiFi not working

Re: WiFi not working

@Lynsey0574 This is getting strange now, is this one or more wireless wifi devices having an issue, are any off them working fine, your reply although not fully defined, the ! mark, you are connected but your device is NOT connected for internet access, but the NO bars is the strange one, that is you have lost all wireless wifi connection completely.... Sorry just had to jump out and read the rest off your post, if this is only the mobile devices having issues on the wireless you need to go that way and look, what type off mobiles make/model and with the sky SR203 model you have, turn it off for a couple hours, YOU may just have to factory reset it do you think that is a possibility do not like giving that advice especially if the Hub has been setup/changed in any way/shape or format, if you have not it's a fairly simple thing to do!

Re: WiFi not working

Our WiFi connection keeps dropping out for prolonged periods of time. We have reset the router and devices multiple times without resolution. Our phone network connection is poor in our area and we rely heavily on our WiFi. The tests that we do via this site state our connection is ok from router to devices, but this is incorrect and I'm seeking a swift resolution.

Re: WiFi not working

@ElizabethSpe That requires you to call sky, dial 150 on your landline and report your issue, the Forum is NOT sky Customer Service, just customers like yourself advising what to do with issues!

Re: WiFi not working

We have no connection for two cell phones and two TVs. Only one iPhone is connecting to the Wi-Fi.
I already checked through the app and got no results.

Re: WiFi not working

@Sca-26 You must have you are saying that the iPhone is working fine on the wireless wifi broadband connection!

Or does Yes mean something else?

Re: WiFi not working

We have two TVs, two cell phones, and intercoms that won't connect to the Wi-Fi network. Only one other cell phone continues to connect. I've already reset the hub, but the problem persists. This has never happened before.

Re: WiFi not working

@Sca-26 White sky hub or a black sky hub?

Re: WiFi not working

White sky hub. The app tells you what is connected and what is not.

Re: WiFi not working

@Sca-26 Then from the link below, check what the advanced wireless setting is at, WPA2-PSK would be the best since you did a reset!

Sky Max change settings link.
