WiFi not working

Hi, My WiFi is not working. checked and no known issues it outages.

lights shown are 

  • power - green
  • internet- no light
  • wifi- green
  • voice- orange light

any ideas

@Rachel197 your hub has lost connection to the exchange if the service checker is not telling you Sky are already aware of a fault affecting your line call them and report it.
