WiFi not working on apps

WiFi works on everything except from sky go and YouTube

this has been tested by 2 phones and 2 PlayStations and the same problem throughout but they work fine on mobile data

Is there any reason why this would happen? No Sheilds are on WiFi and have not had this problem in nearly 5 years

Re: WiFi not working on apps

Yeah it's been reset and not made a difference, it's really odd how it's only 2 apps

@TheJools given Sky have replied to your thread saying they are looking into the issue so why do you say they are in denial?

Re: WiFi not working on apps

Hi

They have come back each time saying there is no fault

They are persisting in getting people to turn router off on replacing them and so on

They are in denial about the type of problem

Re: WiFi not working on apps

It's funny how they they assume it's a problem on our end but we're all having the same problem? I'm going to ring them today to see if I can find any more out
