Despite the sky app telling me the the WiFi is okay - my phones, laptop and iPad are showing I am not connected to my WiFi?

Re: WiFi issues

Have resolved by switching off the hub at the power  and then on again after  a short period. Also doing the same to my devices.  There is however a flaw with the sky app that does not tell you there is an issue and how to possibly resolve

Re: WiFi issues

Some thing since last night. Power on, wifi on, Internet light off. The app last night wasn't detecting any issues.  Today they see the issue but there's a problem on their system and cannot check
