WiFi issues

WiFi not working even though the service checker shows that there is no issue 

sky tv displays there is no internet connection have tried the usual turn off and on again no luck

Having WiFi issues constantly. Every single day I'm having to reset the box because everything disconnects, phone, tv, Alexa. I use my 5G more than the WiFi's and I sit next to the box, constant issues with teams calls.  it's getting really irritating now. Any suggestions seen as though I can't even seem to speak to anyone at sky
