WiFi dropping out on teams calls

Hello. For a number of weeks my WiFi has become very unstable when using Teams. It has got to the point where every 2-5 mins there is a drop in the WiFi availability (see the bars drop on my laptop WiFi icon) and the teams call glitches/freezes for 3-5 seconds. Please can you advise?
