Wi fi max hub

I ordered the wi fi max hub when I was renewing my contract. I realised after that it was of no benefit to me. The Sky advisor I spoke to said it was OK to decline the delivery today, which I did. He assures me I won't be charged for it and that my account will continue as it is. I'm just worried that my broadband will be cut off on what would have been the date for the new hub. Am I worrying unnecessarily?

Yep, you are worrying unnecessarily but don't blame yourself as Sky and their AI do make mistakes! 😎

Rejecting package

I'm just wondering of anyone here has rejected a delivery (I was told this was okay to do so by Sky advisor) and given it back to the courier? Do you know approximately how long it took for Sky to receive it and process the return? I ordered the wi fi max hub but then decided I didn't want it. They won't cancel until 17th July but I have no faith in what they say anymore. I renewed my broadband and talk package and now it's saying that my sky hub 2.0 is also going to be cancelled. Is that because ive taken out a new package? (Same package but slightly cheaper). Sorry for long question.

@Loopyloo92 the courier will return the package back to Sky's logistics contractor who are Unipart. It dhould get checked bsck in when itvarrives. While things can and do get lost Sky are pretty good at sorting out the mess.
