I ordered the wi fi max hub when I was renewing my contract. I realised after that it was of no benefit to me. The Sky advisor I spoke to said it was OK to decline the delivery today, which I did. He assures me I won't be charged for it and that my account will continue as it is. I'm just worried that my broadband will be cut off on what would have been the date for the new hub. Am I worrying unnecessarily?

Yep, you are worrying unnecessarily but don't blame yourself as Sky and their AI do make mistakes! 😎

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Loopyloo92 the courier will return the package back to Sky's logistics contractor who are Unipart. It dhould get checked bsck in when itvarrives. While things can and do get lost Sky are pretty good at sorting out the mess.
The team who support the forum are past masters at this so if you have issue simply post in the forum and one of the Superusers will escalate your post so they can help, you.
