I ordered the wi fi max hub when I was renewing my contract. I realised after that it was of no benefit to me. The Sky advisor I spoke to said it was OK to decline the delivery today, which I did. He assures me I won't be charged for it and that my account will continue as it is. I'm just worried that my broadband will be cut off on what would have been the date for the new hub. Am I worrying unnecessarily?

Yep, you are worrying unnecessarily but don't blame yourself as Sky and their AI do make mistakes! 😎
