No wi fi sky max hub

My sky max hub has no wi fi so my sky glass and sky stream won't work also my sky glass works if I connect the Ethernet cable all the lights are on as they should be but I have no wi fi the new hub has only been installed 4days and I've already got problems with it and as I said I've got sky glass and sky stream so I'm paying sky but can't use any of their services I've also had really poor picture quality on sky glass and I was told they need to replace the tv

Our Sky Max hub has also gone no hub WiFi today. Ethernet still works fine but the hub will not put out a findable WiFi network. 

have tried all sorts of resets, left it powered off for hours, done the in app broadband test which says our line is slower than normal but has no issues. 

what is going on

The fix is to hold the WPS button for 30 seconds at least.
