For months now I keep having to turn off Wi-Fi on my iPhone 11 when at home (even sitting right next to router) as web pages will not load. As soon as I turn WiFi off they load instantly on mobile data. This is frustrating as I keep forgetting it's off and curse that my phone won't find the printer, then realise I need to turn Wi-Fi on again. It prints but then I have to turn it off again in order to resume on the website I was on. I bought a booster for the landing as iPad and PC were slow doing anything upstairs, this hasn't solved the issue. I wonder if anyone else has this issue. Our router is model SR203. Whenever I run router diagnostics no issues show.

It's slow to connect on a 2019 MacBook Pro and an HP Windows PC. iPhone X & iPad 5 are very slow & iPhone 11 is impossible.

OK will do. Thanks for your help. Like a lot of homes these days we have quite a lot of Wi-Fi attached equipment, but not as many as some I'm sure.

Yes I am having the same problem and am having to use my mobile data which is costing me extra for going over my contract limit. Any ideas Sky why this is happening? I have tried everything suggested.

Have you guys got any further with this? I have exactly this problem. The whole family seem to have no problem with laptop connection but all iphones have this lag/freeze and we have to resort to data.
There must be something the sky router doesnt like but what. Yo'd think Sky would have picked up on this by now.

No solution yet. I am currently finding wifi works sometimes on the iphones X and 11 as long as I turn off mobile data. If I have both set to on wifi will not work at all. If this doesn't work I switch off wifi and turn on mobile data. I rebooted the router again yesterday and it seemed to work properly for a while then ground back to snails pace within a couple of hours.
Spending my life turning settings on and off trying to do the simplest of things is not what modern tech should be about!
I doubt Sky will pick up on this as few of us seem to have the issue.

Yes we've solved the problem it was nothing to do with sky WiFi but an IP address protector installed on my phone which is now deleted and everything working fine... took ages trying to work it out, very frustrating 😮

Thanks for this. I have turned address tracking off and pages seem to be loading faster. Ironically this Sky forum one was one of the worst for loading! Just concerned that I can now be tracked by those with malicious intent.
