Orange talk light comes on new sky router and internet drops

For months now since changing to Sky Fibre and a new router the orage talk light comes on randomly have asked sky serveral times to solve the problem.

Only way to sort it is by resetting router not a lot of good if away from home as cannout connect to home devices etc.

Been doing it since new router even tried another router same thing happens its totally random.Have changed router and cables same thing happens never had problem with old router just since switching to Fibre.

Can last for weeks then cuts out Can go after a few days total random.

Sky do not seem to be able to sort this all they say is i will get compensation when they eventally fix fat lot of good that is.  Have done everything they ask no joy.Driveing me nuts.Have even tried taking phone line away no joy.

This is a fairly common and well reported issue in this community ( as a search of 'orange voice light' will soon reveal. I too have experienced this sporadically since upgrading to Gigafast,

Other users have stated this is a problem with some of Sky's servers. 

I find the only way to resolve this is to reboot router or to wait ( voice typically reconnects in around 15 mins ).

My orange talk light never clears itself only way is to reboot. Or will stay orange forever. As I say totally useless if I'm away from home. Giving sky one more chance then claiming refund contract or not they are falling to supply service.

Please keep us posted if you get a resolution from Sky - many are experiencing the same / similar problem

Will post on here if they ever solve this.To add insult to injury got a text message asking me if problems solved when I answered no they said phone sky who then said nothing they could tell me on progress of complaint going round in circles. Totally lost all faith in Sky. They then deny they have a problem with this how stupid do they think we are..
