My signal keeps dropping.
I run tests (daily) - it's red - but by the time I finish the tests it says it's ok again.
Seriously driving me crazy!
How do I get an engineer to visit?

The router lights stay on
but when I'm on phone or tablet, pages and emails won't load. I have to come off Wi-Fi and load by mobile data.
Its happening every day.
3 phones and a tablet - all having same issues.

The hey all worked in the past, temperamental drops over the last year. Becoming way more frequent and definitely daily now.
I have had a new router, over 2 weeks ago.
we also have sky q downstairs and a booster plus second box upstairs.
small 2 bed cottage, so distance from boxes should be more than adequate.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour issue sounds like WiFi stalling which can often happen with Sky Q mesh nodes. Is the booster you have required? Have you tried switching it off to see if the situation improves?
