Vulnerable customer..need advice

I've just received a Sky box installation date 22nd now I have been told that I for 40 pounds more more a month this is going to go into cost me when I'm sure he said it was less than that he's given me a phone line but I don't want to phone line my care workers told me I should have got a TV and and the internet and this is cheaper and for people with mental health problems please can somebody help me with this
