@Scorps4x Sky have a team of people trained to help people with many types of accessibility needs you should register with them as explaned here https://skyaccessibility.sky
They will be able to help you understand what you have ordered and check it is the best package for you. You may want to call them when your carers are with you as if you want you can ask for Sky to speak to them so they can help,you.

A 'phone line' (data bearer cable) is required for internet to be supplied to the address.

The Sky Glass television isn't 'cheap': it's a very expensive and now rather elderly bit of hardware, and not a particularly good set by current standards.
and for people with mental health problems
Sky, like other ISPs, has a cheaper basic internet bundle for those in receipt of certain benefits: there's no reduction on subscription television services. Glass television (and the Stream puck) are different to Sky Broadband, but often sold side by side.

I have been helped with this maier.. thank you
But I was told sky was free with package
I have only had my service up and going around 2weeks...engineer was couldn't do the installation so day later done by another engineer.. so my account is owed money.
When I'm up and running was told to call the sky glass TV (as this is what i wanted
initially...)
Done This and didn't get my call back and
I don't get paid till every 4 weeks on Monday
So told agent...
Ple can a
Somebody call me Monday regarding my account

Called me
I received the telephone call from sky offering me sky hub ...wifi...I wasn't sure I said I may not pass the credit check
Nothing to worry about....was said to me....
I mentioned tv I would like with a package ..agent wad only interested in getting me up on broadband WiFi and said we will make your tv smart..
Didn't understand as I wanted new smart tv.
After being cleared so happy . But nowin I feel tricked

Sky won't call you based on a forum post. Sky won't know who you are. You need to instigate contact.
