As far as I know I haven't had the problem for over a week.

Just happened again!

So should I ask for a new router? Perhaps a call to sky tomorrow, sigh

Noticed something new tonight though. We were watching Netflix on tv and that didn't stop (so tv was still connected), Alexa responded (so was connected) but my iPad and our two phones were "connected, no internet"?

Had the same Friday night. Orange voice light. Hardwired firestick fine. WiFi connections dropped. Hardwired PC stopped working. Reboot sorted.

Morning. Just to narrow this down - I'm in the north west. Where are you based?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jimb0tr0n I am escalating your post as your issue looks to require some attention from Sky - the loss of phone service can be caused byban issue at gheircend. Look out for an invitation to a private chat through the forum where a blue chat button will appear.
In the meantime anyone with this issue try the following, unplug your hub from the mains for 5 minutes then allow it to reboot that normally forces a change to your public IP address which can clear the phone fault.

North West!

I think it is perhaps protocol based. When it happened a few weeks ago I could still chat a mate on battle net on my pc (voip) but everything fell over even on same pc..

I also have the Voice amber light going on and off all day but it doesn't affect any of my WiFi or wired connections. I don't have any phones plugged into the hub so it doesn't bother me that much other that I like to see green lights.

Hi @Chrisee it happened again Sat night. I've never received a message from Sky? Should I just call them direct?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jimb0tr0n yup will probably be quicker to call.

Called, they're sending a replacement router. Will see how that works out and report back!

Exactly the same problems being seen by myself. Also live in the North West.
Has there been any movement in resolving this issue?

Aside from one small issue just after new router installation I've not noticed it going down again. That was several weeks ago.
