Hello, since moving and having to be connected with an ONT, every week or so I'm having to reboot my WiFi as it cuts out. It's getting more frequent now and just wondering if anyone knows what I could do? I work from home and having the internet crash is not great during meetings

@Highlinder @it's just the voice light that goes amber which is what's strange. The internet light remains green but the WiFi doesn't work

If you search this community you will find it's a common problem for many of us. It seems to be a problem in Skys server infrastructure although Sky have never confirmed that.
I still suffer occasional drops (three times in last month) with the voice light going orange. Sometimes the problem will resolve after 20 mins or so, otherwise a hub reboot fixes it.
it would be good to get some confirmation from Sky though, and a plan to fix the issue rather than expecting subscribers to live with the problem.
