Very Poor Wifi Speede had issues with our wifi speed.

For 3 days now we have has very bad wifi service.

Mbps download 0.21

Mpbs upload 0.57

 

All tests have been carried out - reset, power off, cables checked, cables removed etc and it is still awful.

What does it show if you run a line test on the My Sky app?

Your Sky Broadband looks like it has a problem 

Your wifi looks like its affected by your broadband

 

Then after "Lets Fix It":-

The speed to your hub could be faster

 

Speed to your hub: 1.0mb/s

Guarenteed download speed: 36.1 mb/s 🤣

Upload speed 0.7 mb/s

 

Its never been great but we expect that living in the countryside but its not normally this bad and to the point where you cannot get anything connected.

Certainly a fault there. Does it not offer you to book an engineer? It should at that speed.

Unfortunately a lengthy copper circuit to the local fibre cabinet is just inherently vulnerable.
