I've received an email offering ultrafast+ at £32 a month, but when I put all my details in it's recognising me as an existing customer and charging me the full £48 .
Does anyone know if this offer is only for new, and not existing, customers?
Thanks in advance...

Just an update on this...
I rang this morning and was put through to a call centre somewhere, I didn't really have much joy as the person said that this offer was only open to new customers and that the best offer I could get was ultrafast+ for £43.
Obviously wasn't going to take that, asked to be put through to cancellations , even though I had no intention of cancelling... I think spoke to someone in Manchester who sorted it all out and I'm having the full fibre installed next month.... So happy with that.
I do wonder though, why Sky don't allow their call centres to immediately give the same deal as you know you'll get when you speak to someone in this country?? 🤷♂️

I got an email offer last year for Gigafast @ £42 fixed for 18 months and it wasn't until the day after I got the email that the link sent me to the web page so I could accept the offer.
It's not the first time Sky have sent me an email offer and it's taken a day of two before I could accept it.

Thing is, unless I'd got myself through to cancellations, I wouldn't have got the deal I've now got.
I can understand using call centres abroad as they save a fortune in wages, but it's no point if then the customer has to be put through to someone back here in the U.K. because they can offer different deals than the call centres.... Defeats the object really.
