Hi, some help please! I'm a new customer and my sky broadband went live on the 15th May. It is now 17th June and my sky hub hasn't been delivered. I have sky stream and received the puck the next day but the courier hasn't even received the package. Tried calling sky but you just get a robot, I just want to talk to someone. I have now paid for my first bill but due to no WiFi haven't even been able to use Sky Stream.

Find out more@Lucy971 sounds pretty bad to get something done I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
