@Jon97 if you are getting an ONT fitted for a full fibre service it will be brought by the engineer if its a new indtallation. However if you have moved into a property with a full,fibre supply and the previous resident has taken the ONT with them then you will have to call Sky so they can get Openreach to fit a replacement.

If it's in the UK then putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
